Bison is the healthier red meat alternative to beef, without the wild
taste. Our meat processors are instructed to extract only the most tender
and juicy cuts of steaks and roasts from the carcass; the remainder
is converted into stew meat, de-boned and ground into burger and/or
further processed into value added jerkies, sausages, patties and wieners.
We accept orders both large and small as all our customers are valued.

“store” also features a limited supply of bison rugs and
skulls (both plain and artistically altered). Arrangements can be made
to have bison robs sewn into wearing apparel. Concert pianists and
jockeys need not apply!
